CarChain.ca is able to offer value pricing, and a significant reason for this is that our costs are lower than our competitors due to the fact that we don't carry inventory.
Therefore if you order a vehicle from us, we need to know you are committed to taking delivery. Thus we require a 10% deposit (15% on vehicles over $50k). The deposit is 100% refundable if for whatever reason we are unable to source your vehicle. Also, deposits are 100% refundable on vehicles purchased from our "Buy it Now Inventory" if you change your mind prior to delivery.
Remember - you are purchasing a used vehicle, therefore there may be paint chips and scratches that are typically found on a used car. However, we guarantee that there will be no damages beyond normal wear and tear.
