Vehicle Reliablility

CarChain.ca has put in a number of processes to help ensure your vehicle is reliable.

  • Your vehicle will undergo a 150+ point inspection (mechanical and cosmetic) by licensed mechanics, employed by a 3rd party independent from CarChain.ca. Any deficiencies relative to our set standards and expectations will be rectified before you take delivery. Your complete satisfaction is our goal and all vehicles must meet and exceed very high standards in order to pass our 150 point inspection.
  • We purchase vehicles through long term certified and trusted wholesalers.
  • Our purchasing agents will purchase a vehicle for you only after approving its CARPROOF history report (this history report will be made available to you)
  • We only sell vehicles that are less than 6 years old and have less than 100,000 km, clear title and no known accident history.
  • If your vehicle is out of manufacturer's warranty, the price we quote you will include a 5 month/5,000 km Powertrain warranty (excludes gaskets/seals). This warranty is provided by one of Canada's leading warranty providers and is valid at thousands of service establishments
  • We are so confident about the quality of the vehicles we sell, you will be provided with a 30 day exchange privilege -- should your purchased vehicle exhibit any major signs of structural or mechanical problems.
